DJI Care Service Cover for DJI Osmo 360 (2-year plan) ELECTRONIC CODE

DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you to replace a damaged product with a new one for a fee. It covers damage, even if it's caused by the user. The service can be activated at any time – after 30 days of device activation, you will need to send a verification video to DJI. The total service period, including extensions, is 3 years, which is a total of 6 replacements! More information can be found below.

DJI Osmo 360

For the DJI Osmo 360, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 169. The cost of each subsequent replacement is PLN 179. DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements. DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) provides four replacements.*

*In the event of an accident reported directly to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.

Possibility of extending the warranty

DJI Care Refresh also offers additional benefits. If you have a DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine, or DJI Action 2, and you don't use the replacement option during the service period, your warranty will be extended for an additional year as a reward.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh?

1. Go to the website https://support.dji.com/care/active.

2. During the activation process, provide your Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product), and your details (name, email address).

3. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email.

Accident – what next?

The procedure in the event of an accident is very simple. You just need to report the fault and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service – remember to include a note that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh coverage. When you receive a repair quote, consider whether you want to accept it or opt for a replacement under the service. If you choose the latter option, pay the appropriate amount – you will receive the replacement equipment as a priority. What's more, if you are in the same region where you purchased the service package, the manufacturer will cover the shipping costs!


1. Report the fault and send the drone to the German DJI service center with a note that you have DJI Care Refresh coverage.

2. When you receive a repair quote, decide whether you want to accept it or opt for a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.

3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, pay for the replacement – you will then receive another unit or new spare parts, such as gimbal, camera, propellers.

4. The replaced product will be delivered to you via priority shipping and free of charge.

What is not included in DJI Care Refresh?

1) Lost or partially lost equipment.

2) Stolen or abandoned product.

3) Additional accessories.

4) Intentional loss of the product.

5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.

6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

7) Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.

8) Additional fees related to upgrading the model or improving its performance.

9) Faults resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.

10) Faults resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.

Possibility of extending protection*

Possibility to extend your coverage*

You can extend your DJI Care Refresh coverage for up to 3 years. If you want to do this, purchase an additional annual plan.

• In the case of the DJI Care Refresh annual plan, it is possible to extend your protection twice by purchasing two further annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.

• In the case of the 2-year DJI Care Refresh plan, it is possible to extend your protection only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.

Note: it is not possible to extend your protection by purchasing another 2-year plan.

To extend your protection, the following conditions must be met:

• Purchase the DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: annual DJI Care Refresh plan / 2-year DJI Care Refresh plan / annual DJI Care Refresh and DJI Care Refresh + plan / annual DJI Care Refresh plan and an additional annual plan (renewal).

• The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.
