How it works
After purchasing the DJI Care Enterprise package, the user goes to the DJI website and activates the service by providing the serial number of the device to which the protection is to be assigned.

When an accident happens
1. The user reports a fault and sends the model to the German DJI service center with a note that it has DJI Care Enterprise.
2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether to repair/replace it for a fee or through DJI Care Enterprise.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Enterprise option, the user pays the fee and receives a new product or new spare parts.
4. The replaced product is delivered to the user as a priority with free shipping.

DJI Care Enterprise does not cover:
1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal, or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.

6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
