The Revopoint MetroY Pro is a professional 3D scanner designed for engineers, designers, makers, quality control and reverse engineering professionals. It can scan objects from 10 x 10 x 10 mm to 1 x 1 x 1 m, combining precision with high detail. Offering five operating modes and a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm × L (m), it can be scanned in both handheld and stationary configurations. This ensures rapid data acquisition, workflow flexibility, and repeatable results.

Wide range of scanned objects

MetroY Pro allows you to scan both very small technical elements (from 10 mm) and larger objects up to 1 m. This allows you to digitize fine details, complex mechanical components, device parts, and complex structures with a single device. All this makes the scanner suitable for a variety of industrial, prototype, and production projects.

Advanced Blue Light Scanning Modes

MetroY Pro utilizes 34 blue laser cross lines, 15 parallel lines, a single line, and a 62-line full-field pattern. It also supports multiple scanning modes. Cross-Lines works well on shiny and dark materials, Parallel-Lines is suitable for scanning fine details, and Single-Line precisely captures the geometry of deep holes and hard-to-reach areas using markers. Full-field mode is also available for quickly digitizing complex objects. You can also use the device with the included rotating stand to automatically scan models in a repeatable, smooth manner.

Increased measurement precision and stability

MetroY Pro provides a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm × L (m), providing stable and consistent data across the entire surface of the scanned object. This characteristic is particularly important for dimensional inspection, component design, and geometry reconstruction, as well as for applications requiring maximum spatial precision.

Fast data acquisition

The MetroY Pro offers two speeds depending on the operating mode – multi-line scanning speeds up to 1,700,000 points per second, and full-field scanning speeds up to 7,000,000 points per second. This means you can quickly digitize even complex objects!

Spray-free scanning on selected surfaces

MetroY Pro allows you to scan selected dark and glossy surfaces without the need for a spray. This allows you to digitize many objects without additional preparation steps. This solution significantly reduces workflow time and is ideal for professional applications. For more demanding surfaces, such as metallic, highly reflective, or transparent surfaces, you can use the spray according to the instructions, improving the image quality.

Convenient Wi-Fi 6 and USB-C connectivity

The scanner offers two operating modes: wired and wireless. Wi-Fi 6 ensures fast data transfer and flexible scanning, while the USB-C port allows for a stable connection to a computer or mobile device. This makes the MetroY Pro suitable for a variety of tasks.

Ergonomic and lightweight design

MetroY Pro weighs only approximately 450 g, ensuring fatigue-free operation even during extended scanning sessions. Its ergonomic grip and intuitive button layout ensure comfortable operation and complete control over the entire process.
