The Uni-T Leeb UT347A hardness tester is a handy and accurate Leeb hardness tester, designed for field use on large components such as turbines, pressure vessels, and shafts. It supports 6 hardness scales (HL, HB, HRC, HRB, HV, HS) and tensile strength, offers 5 impact directions, and automatic probe recognition without calibration. Built-in memory for 900 data sets, a 640×480 camera, Bluetooth connectivity with a mobile app and PC software, and a thermal printer make measurements easy to record and analyze. The entire unit is housed in a compact housing with a clear, 2.8" color TFT screen and is powered by a powerful battery.
Precision and flexibility of measurements
The device works with a variety of probe types (up to 7), allowing it to be adapted to the material and measurement conditions, while automatic probe identification eliminates the risk of errors when switching probes. Multiple operating modes – statistics, multi-unit, line graph, and histogram – translate into improved quality control, as the user sees not only the result but also its distribution.
