Precise current generation up to 24 mA

The current output covers a range of 0-24 mA and supports the popular 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA standards. High stability and accuracy after calibration make the generator ideal for sensor simulation, analog input calibration, and measurement chain verification – even with loads up to 500 Ω.

Coarse and fine adjustments – full control over detail

The rotary encoder offers both coarse and fine adjustment modes. This allows you to quickly set an approximate value and then fine-tune it with high precision. One turn of the knob generates 30 pulses, resulting in very smooth and predictable adjustments – ideal for both quick tests and precise calibration.

Clear display and flexible presentation modes

The 4-digit LED display offers 8-level brightness adjustment and various data presentation modes: actual value, percentage, and special modes. This makes reading parameters quick and clear – regardless of lighting conditions or the nature of the work.

Settings memory and quick exit points

The generator allows you to save set voltage or current values, which are automatically restored upon restart. Additionally, a quick output point function allows you to save several predefined signal levels. This is a huge time-saver during serial testing and repetitive service procedures.

FNIRSI SG-002 can be powered from an external DC 15-30 V source (e.g. from a 24 V PLC installation), via micro USB 5 V or from a built-in 1100 mAh / 3.7 V lithium battery. The device can operate while charging, which ensures full independence in the field and in control cabinets.
