The FNIRSI WD-02 cable detector is a reliable tool for DIY enthusiasts and professionals, helping you avoid accidentally drilling into wires, pipes, or structural elements. The device offers three precise detection modes (metal, live cables, and wood), allowing you to effectively locate various materials hidden in walls, floors, and ceilings. Thanks to an advanced HPC chip, the detector offers increased sensitivity, speed, and accuracy, and a detection range of up to 120 mm—significantly greater than standard drilling depths.
Three operating modes, many applications
The FNIRSI WD-02 allows you to freely switch between three modes depending on your current needs. Metal mode detects both magnetic metals (steel, iron) and non-magnetic metals (copper, aluminum). Cable mode identifies live cables hidden in walls, and depending on the material, it can also detect unconnected wires. Wood mode allows you to find wooden studs and other objects hidden behind plasterboard, including lightweight steel studs, nails, and pipes. It's a versatile solution for home use, renovations, assembly, as well as construction and roadworks.
Advanced screen and precise navigation
The device is equipped with a color TFT HD screen with a clear and intuitive interface. Data is presented clearly on the screen, indicating the target's depth, its position relative to the center, and the type of material detected. Additionally, light indicators (green, yellow, red) and audible signals inform when approaching the target. Precise positioning is also possible thanks to adjustable sensitivity – the lower the sensitivity, the greater the measurement accuracy.
Compact, robust and ready to go
The FNIRSI WD-02 is a well-thought-out device in every respect. It features non-slip textured sides, an impact-resistant ABS housing, buttons with a pleasant silicone finish, and a transparent acrylic panel. A built-in 300 mAh lithium battery eliminates the annoying need for battery replacement – simply charge it via the USB-C port for long-lasting operation. Support for six languages (Russian, English, Japanese, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese) makes the tool ready for use in a variety of conditions and environments.
