The GMKtec K8 Plus is a compact, high-end mini PC (Personal Computer) that combines high computing performance with mobility and functionality. It's equipped with an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor clocked at up to 5.1 GHz, integrated Radeon 780M graphics, and ultra-fast DDR5 (Double Data Rate 5, fifth-generation memory) 5600 MHz RAM (Random Access Memory), ensuring smooth operation for office, graphics, multimedia, and programming applications. It also offers a fast 1TB NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) SSD (Solid State Drive) and PCIe 4.0 (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express) storage, and comes with Windows 11 Pro, so it's ready to go right out of the box. It supports up to four 8K displays, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and plenty of ports. All of this is housed in a compact chassis with quiet, efficient active cooling.

High processor performance

The AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor utilizes 4nm architecture, offering 8 cores and 16 threads and clock speeds up to 5.1 GHz. Integrated Radeon Graphics

The AMD Radeon 780M graphics card, clocked at 2800 MHz, supports multiple monitors and allows for smooth operation in image editing, streaming, and less demanding games. This card allows the device to remain energy-efficient and compact without the need for a dedicated GPU (Graphics Processing Unit).

Ultra-fast USB 4.0 interface

Two USB-C 4.0 (Universal Serial Bus) ports support transfer rates of up to 40 Gb/s, Power Delivery charging, data transmission, and audio/video signal transmission (DisplayPort). This allows you to connect modern 4K monitors, fast external drives, or use a single cable for power and data transfer – with full support for DP Alt Mode technology. Additionally, the computer is equipped with an OcuLink port (PCIe 4.0 ×4), which allows you to connect an external graphics card (eGPU). Note: the interface does not support hot swap, so devices should be connected with the PC turned off.

The GMKtec K8 Plus Mini PC allows you to connect up to four displays simultaneously via HDMI 2.1 (High-Definition Multimedia Interface), DisplayPort 2.1, and two USB 4.0 ports. All ports support 8K resolution at 60 Hz, allowing you to build a powerful workstation or presentation while maintaining the compact dimensions of the device itself.

Dual-Channel DDR5 Memory

32GB of DDR5 5600MHz RAM installed in two SO-DIMM (Small Outline Dual In-line Memory Module) slots provides high bandwidth and stable operation. The device supports up to 96GB of memory, making it also suitable for working with virtual machines, video editing, and large graphics projects.

Fast and spacious SSD

The computer offers two M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 drive slots, supporting up to 8TB of total storage. The installed 1TB drive guarantees high read and write speeds, which shortens system, application, and file boot times, and supports fast transfers when working with large data sets.

Stable connectivity

Two RJ45 2.5G LAN (Local Area Network) ports based on the Intel i225V chipset provide stable transfer rates of up to 2500 Mbps, significantly increasing the efficiency of working with servers, databases, and streaming. The ports support speeds of 10/100/1000/2500 Mbps and enable traditional network connections. Additionally, the mini PC supports WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless communication.

Efficient active cooling

The next-generation Hyper Ice Chamber 2.0 cooling system consists of two quiet fans (top and bottom), a heatsink, and heat pipes. The cooling is optimized for SSDs and RAM. 35W/54W/65W/70W modes allow you to tailor performance and noise levels to your current needs.
