Digital Habotest HT2302 Meter

The digital insulation resistance meter is a specialized tool that can be used in many situations and can test the ground resistance of power and distribution cables or various types of electrical devices using a constant current inverter of 800Hz/3mA. The ground resistance measurement range is 0Ω to 4.00kΩ. The meter operates effectively in bi-polar or tri-polar modes.
