Uni-T UT256A Meter
The Uni-T UT256A is a True RMS fork meter that conveniently measures current by placing the test lead inside the open fork. This design simplifies operation, eliminates the moving parts typical of clamp meters, and increases the comfort of everyday work. This model measures AC current up to 200 A, AC/DC voltage up to 1000 V, resistance up to 60 MΩ, and frequencies from 10 Hz to 10 kHz, making it suitable for a variety of service and diagnostic work.
Practical functions and ease of use
A 6000 count maximum reading, auto ranging, and True RMS technology ensure convenient and accurate measurements. The device is equipped with an NCV function for non-contact voltage detection, as well as Data Hold, a continuity buzzer, an LCD backlight, auto power off, and a low battery indicator. Weighing just 248 g and measuring 217 x 58.8 x 38.5 mm, the meter remains convenient for everyday use, while compliance with CAT II 1000V and CAT III 600V safety ratings increases work safety.
