The xTool F2 Ultra is the world's first laser engraver equipped with a dual MOPA system (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier, a technology enabling precise control of laser pulses), combining a 60W MOPA laser with a 40W diode. The F2 Ultra is the first MOPA laser to utilize AI (Artificial Intelligence) to automatically detect materials and apply optimal settings without manual configuration. Dual 48MP cameras increase positioning accuracy to 0.2mm and improve precision by 60% over single-camera systems.

An engraving speed of up to 15,000 mm/s makes the F2 Ultra one of the fastest machines in its class. A 40 x 40 mm brass coin can be engraved in just 3 minutes and 19 seconds, and a 100 x 30 mm metal statuette in approximately 23 seconds. This high speed means you can perform your everyday tasks even more efficiently – whether for hobby or work.

A larger workspace opens up new possibilities

The 220 x 220 mm work area provides significantly more space than standard solutions. This ample workspace allows you to tackle larger projects without compromising precision – from small jewelry pieces to large cutting boards, coasters, and decorations. An optional Auto Streamline™ feeder is also available, expanding the area to approximately 220 x 500 mm, providing additional flexibility – useful for mass production and bulk orders, for example.

Innovative 3D Curve™ Engraving and Cylindrical Machining

Exclusive xTool 3D Curve technology automatically creates 3D models for curved surfaces, allowing you to effortlessly engrave designs on irregular shapes. Additionally, the RA2 Pro, as the world's first 4-in-1 rotary system (sold separately), supports 90% of cylindrical engraving, supporting four rotational forms to accommodate shapes like rings, Christmas baubles, and mugs.

Security at the highest level

A stable extraction system effectively removes smoke and dust during engraving, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. A fully enclosed cover effectively blocks harmful light from both the 455nm diode laser and the MOPA laser, while an emergency stop button and a fire safety alarm with auto-stop further enhance safety.

xTool Software Ecosystem

The advanced yet user-friendly xTool Creative Space (xcs) software significantly simplifies the engraving process. A library of over 300 materials allows for setup without testing, and intelligent path planning increases productivity by up to 300%. Simultaneous operation of multiple devices is also possible.
