DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you to replace a damaged product with a new one for a fee. It covers damage caused even by user error. The service can be activated at any time - 30 days after device activation, you will need to send DJI verification video. The total service time, including extensions, is 3 years, and that's as many as 6 exchanges! More information can be found below.

For DJI Osmo Action 4, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is: PLN 95 DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements. DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) provides four replacements.*

*If you report an accident directly to the manufacturer, the exchange rate may change depending on the current exchange rate.

Possibility of extending the warranty

DJI Care Refresh also offers additional benefits. If you have a DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine, or DJI Action 2, and you do not use the exchange option during the service period, your warranty will be extended for an additional year as a reward.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh?

1. Go to the website https://support.dji.com/care/active .

2. During the activation process, provide your Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product), and your details (name, surname, email address).

3. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email.

Accident – what next?

The procedure in the event of an accident is very simple. You just need to report the fault and send the damaged equipment to a DJI warranty service – remember to include a note that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh coverage. When you receive a repair quote, consider whether you want to proceed with this or opt for a replacement as part of the service. If you choose the latter, pay the appropriate amount – you will receive the replacement equipment as priority. What's more, if you are located in the same region where you purchased the service package, the manufacturer will cover the shipping costs!

1. Report the fault and send the drone to the German DJI service with the note that you have DJI Care Refresh.

2. Once you receive your repair quote, decide whether you want to take advantage of it or opt for a DJI Care Refresh replacement.

3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, pay for the replacement – you will then receive another unit or new spare parts, such as gimbal, camera, propellers.

4. The exchanged product will be delivered to you via priority shipping and free of charge.

What is not included in DJI Care Refresh?

1) Missing or partially missing equipment.

2) Stolen or abandoned product.

3) Additional accessories.

4) Intentional loss of product.

5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.

6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

7) Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.

8) Additional fees related to improving the model and improving its performance.

9) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.

10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.

Service Cover Extension

You can extend your DJI Care Refresh service coverage for up to 3 years. If you wish to do so, please purchase an additional annual plan.

• In the case of the DJI Care Refresh annual plan, it is possible to extend the protection twice by purchasing two further annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.

• For the 2-year DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend your coverage only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.

Note: It is not possible to extend your coverage by purchasing another 2-year plan.

To extend your protection, you must meet the following conditions:

• Purchase DJI Care Refresh in one of the following options: DJI Care Refresh annual plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan / DJI Care Refresh and DJI Care Refresh+ annual plan / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and additional annual plan (renewal).

• The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.
