The Falcon AP1 can automatically select the best settings for the materials being processed. The Auto-Tune function ensures the device always operates at optimal performance, resulting in more effective smoke and fume capture and a stable workplace environment. A high-efficiency HEPA filter with a large working surface (up to 3 m²) effectively captures up to 99.97% of fine particles as small as 0.3 μm, providing a high level of protection against dust and micro-pollutants that are invisible to the naked eye.

Intelligent Airflow

At the heart of the device is an innovative 360° airflow system, supported by a powerful motor. This solution enables quick and precise capture of smoke, directly at its source, before it can spread throughout the room. An air speed of up to 20 m/s guarantees rapid capture of smoke and fumes. A flow rate of 250 m³/h ensures effective air circulation throughout the entire work area. Meanwhile, an impressive 1700 Pa suction power enables effective extraction of contaminants precisely where they are generated.

Advanced filtration and monitoring

The five-stage filtration system is designed to eliminate smoke, fumes, and unpleasant odors, capturing even the smallest particles. The built-in digital PM2.5 display allows you to constantly monitor the air quality around your workstation, while the filter lifecycle monitoring system continuously analyzes filter wear. Up-to-date data on harmful particle levels provides full awareness of filtration effectiveness and helps maintain a healthy environment at all times.

Convenient remote control

The Falcon AP1 is the world's first Wi-Fi-controlled smoke extractor, offering full integration and intelligent features such as automatic on/off synchronized with Falcon lasers, a delayed shut-off that can be customized to ensure all fumes are removed, and remote control, air quality monitoring, and filter life detection. All for maximum convenience and control.

Maximum odor absorption

The 1.4 kg ultra-dense carbon filter effectively captures contaminants at the molecular level. This system is designed to eliminate strong odors, such as fumes from processing acrylic or leather. The advanced filtration system significantly reduces downtime and operating costs. The standard filter lasts up to 1,000 hours, while the V-Fold carbon filter lasts up to 1,500 hours. This is up to five times better than the market average of approximately 200 hours, making the AP1 an exceptionally durable and cost-effective solution.

Smart and quiet operation

The device automatically selects the optimal filtration mode depending on whether cutting or engraving is being performed. This solution allows for high filtration efficiency without requiring manual intervention. Furthermore, despite its advanced technology and high filtration power, the Falcon AP1 operates extremely quietly.
