DJI Care Service Coverage for DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro (2-Year Plan) ELECTRONIC CODE
DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you to replace a damaged product with a new one for a fee. It covers damage, even if it's caused by the user. The service can be activated at any time - 30 days after device activation, you will need to send DJI a verification video. The total service period, including extensions, is 3 years, which is 6 replacements! More information can be found below.

DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro
For the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is: PLN 119. DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements. DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) provides four replacements.*
*In the event of an accident reported directly to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.

Possibility of extending your warranty
DJI Care Refresh also provides additional benefits. If you have a DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine or DJI Action 2, and you do not use the exchange option during the service period, your warranty will be extended for an additional year as a reward.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh?
1. Go to the website https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, provide your Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product), and your details (name, email address).
3. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email.

Accident - what next?
The procedure in the event of an accident is very simple. You just need to report the fault and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service - remember to add a note that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection. When you receive a repair quote, consider whether you want to use it or a replacement under the service. If you choose the second option, pay the appropriate amount - you will receive the replaced equipment as a priority. What's more, if you are in the same region where you purchased the service package, the shipping costs will be covered by the manufacturer!
1. Report the fault and send the drone to the German DJI service with a note that you have DJI Care Refresh.
2. When you receive a repair quote, decide whether you want to use it or a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option Refresh, pay for the replacement - then you will receive another unit or new spare parts, for example, gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The replaced product will be delivered to you via priority shipping and free shipping.

What is not covered by DJI Care Refresh?
1) Lost or partially lost equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Faults occurring beyond the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
8) Additional fees related to upgrading the model or improving its performance.
9) Faults resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Faults resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.

Extending Service Coverage
You can extend your DJI Care Refresh service cover to a maximum of 3 years. If you wish to do so, purchase an additional annual plan.
• For the annual DJI Care Refresh plan, it is possible to extend the cover twice by purchasing 2 further annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.
• For the 2-year DJI Care Refresh plan, it is possible to extend the cover only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.
Note: It is not possible to extend the cover by purchasing another 2-year plan.
To extend the cover, the following conditions must be met:
• Purchase the DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: annual DJI Care Refresh plan / 2-year DJI Care Refresh plan / annual DJI Care Refresh plan and DJI Care Refresh + / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and additional annual plan (renewal).
• The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.
