DJI Care Refresh+ is a twelve-month extension of the basic insurance coverage offered by DJI for its products. During this period, you can replace one damaged device for a small fee. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, please ensure you have DJI Care Refresh for your device.

Damage Coverage

The insurance covers damage caused by operator error, contact with water, falling or signal disruption during use.

When an accident happens

1. The user reports the fault and sends the product to DJI service with the note that it has DJI Care Refresh+.

2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether to repair/replace the device for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh+.

3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh+, the user pays a fee.

4. The replaced or repaired product will be delivered to the user as a priority. Shipping costs are covered by DJI.

Note

1. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, please ensure that DJI Care Refresh for your device is still active and has at least one replacement remaining.

2. After purchasing and assigning DJI Care Refresh+ to your device, a service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh+ will be associated with your device and will take effect within 24 hours.

3. The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and will not begin until DJI Care Refresh expires. The product warranty period is immediately extended upon receipt of the DJI Care Refresh+ service contract.

4. DJI Care Refresh+ and its corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh+ are only valid in the region where it was purchased.

5. When you return your equipment for DJI Care Refresh+, the replacement unit will be new or equivalent in appearance and performance.

Disclaimers

DJI Care Refresh+ does not cover:

1. Lost or partially returned product.

2. Theft or abandonment of the product.

3. Damage caused by using the product in inappropriate weather conditions.

4. Transmitter, additional accessories.

5. Intentional loss of the product.

6. Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.

7. Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

8. Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh+ validity period.

9. Additional fees related to improving the model and improving its performance.

10. Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.

11. Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
