This allows the entire series to meet a variety of user expectations! DJI Transmission (Standard Combo) includes a DJI transmitter and receiver. It guarantees the highest quality signal transmission, featuring extended range and low latency. This means it will work perfectly with production monitors. Furthermore, it also utilizes pre-SDI metadata transmission and a fractional frame rate. The DJI Transmission (High-Bright Remote Monitor Combo) kit consists of a DJI transmitter and a DJI High-Bright Remote Monitor. This solution combines reception, monitoring, recording, and control in one, and together with the rich DJI PRO ecosystem, it can guarantee a more efficient and coordinated shooting experience.

Guaranteed excellent transmission performance

O3 technology is used in front of DJI Transmission, offering an impressive ground transmission range of up to 4km. It also supports 1080p/60FPS video streaming and live audio monitoring at 16-bit/48kHz. Every connection is optimized thanks to the video transmitter and receiver, which use the same chipsets as the Ronin 4D. Furthermore, the O3 Pro utilizes the DFS band in addition to the traditional 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz bands. It offers 23 channel selection options. Tri-band automatic frequency switching is also supported by DJI Transmission. You can manually select a channel to avoid interference.

The High-Bright Remote Monitor and DJI receiver support a single transmitter with multiple receivers. Using them, you can convert video and audio in two transmission modes. The default Broadcast mode allows you to connect an unlimited number of receivers, allowing multiple teams on set (such as lighting, props, or art department) to benefit from real-time monitoring. Furthermore, the live feed bitrate and video codecs will also be displayed in real time. To connect to DJI Master Wheels or another control device, use Control mode. This mode allows you to control the Ronin 2, DJI RS 3 Pro, and camera focus using up to two receivers.

Advanced Data Transmission

The DJI Video Receiver supports metadata transmission via SDI. Using it with ARRI, RED, and other popular cinema cameras, you'll be able to easily transfer filenames, timecodes, trigger recordings, change camera settings (iris, focal length, etc.), and send lens information (iris, focal length) to monitors and QTAKE. All of this makes it easier for directors, cinematographers, and DIT teams to communicate detailed recording data. But that's not all! The receiver also supports real-time voice calls (one-to-one), ensuring long-distance voice transmission. This ensures seamless communication between the cameraman, director, or client.

Integrated monitor

The high-quality monitor, thanks to DJI Transmission, integrates with the built-in receiver, making the entire device easy to install and transport. The High-Bright Remote Monitor features a 7-inch touchscreen with a brightness of 1500 nits. It also features tempered glass protection, a microSD card slot, and a professional-grade cover. The 1920 × 1200 resolution screen can display recording parameters, among other things. Additional tools include safe zone, frame guide, zebra stripes, false color, peaking, and waveform. The monitor allows you to record and playback live video in H.264 1080p/60FPS.

Effortless Control

Thanks to the built-in gyro sensor, the High-Bright Remote Monitor can act as a standalone motion controller for controlling the Ronin 2 or DJI RS 3 Pro. When using Ronin 4D Hand Grips, the joystick controls the gimbal, while a dedicated knob allows you to adjust focus and set camera parameters. Furthermore, you can start/stop recording with the appropriate button. This makes operating the DJI RS 3 Pro similar to operating the Ronin 4D. By mounting the DJI RS 3 Pro on a crane, vehicle, or cable cam, Mirror Control mode allows you to remotely control the menu of Sony mirrorless cameras from anywhere on set!

Increased transmission efficiency

When used with DJI Master Wheels, you can use both the receiver and the remote monitor. This allows for more advanced gimbal control when using the Ronin 2 or DJI RS 3 Pro. You don't need to install additional antennas on the DJI Master Wheels, as the original hardware will transmit the control signal directly via DJI Transmission. This means you'll enjoy up to three times greater transmission efficiency! Furthermore, it also improves interference resistance, stability, and signal range.

Precise Focus

With the DJI LiDAR Range Finder (RS) to DJI Transmission Cable Hub, you can connect your DJI transmitter to the DJI LiDAR Range Finder (RS) or the DJI RS Focus Motor (2022). This gives you the opportunity to experience independent focusing and monitoring. Furthermore, you'll also be able to achieve lens calibration and autofocus with a manual lens. You no longer need to use the RS 3 Pro connection for this! Ronin 4D Hand Grips are also available for even easier and more precise manual focus using the LiDAR waveform.

Wide range of possibilities

Operating the included devices is even more convenient thanks to their wide range of ports. The 4D Video Transmitter includes a 3G-SDI Loop Out port, a 3G-SDI input port, and an HDMI 1.4 Type-A input port (supporting 1080p/60FPS video input). The High-Bright Remote Monitor offers ports such as a 3.5mm stereo jack for real-time audio monitoring, a microSD card slot, an HDMI 2.0 Type-A input port, a power input port, and a USB-C port for firmware updates. Various Power Options

You can mount the transmitter directly to the bottom of the Ronin 2 or RS3 Pro using the cold shoe mount. This allows it to be powered directly from the transmitter. Furthermore, the transmitter, remote monitor, and receiver are compatible with DJI WB37 batteries. You can also easily use the NP-F battery adapter included in the kit. You can also power your devices using V-mount batteries. In this case, you can use a V-mount adapter from other manufacturers. Want to keep your devices powered at all times?
