The Eva Solo Stainless Steel Ceramic 1.8 l Saucepan is a modern kitchen vessel combining the elegant look of stainless steel with a practical ceramic Slip-Let® coating, which effectively reduces food sticking during cooking. The Stainless Steel Ceramic collection by the Danish brand Eva Solo was created with convenient everyday use and a consistent, minimalist aesthetic in mind for a modern kitchen. The saucepan is perfect for preparing sauces, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, heating milk, or cooking smaller portions of food.
The vessel is made of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum. An aluminum core sandwiched between layers of steel ensures quick and even heat distribution across the entire surface of the pot, allowing for efficient use of energy during cooking. The internal Slip-Let® ceramic coating facilitates frying and cooking without burning ingredients, and is also resistant to temperatures up to 400°C. The pot is dishwasher safe. The design is based on Ole Palsby's iconic design for Eva Trio from 1977 and remains compatible with Eva Trio lids. The current version of the pot is made from approximately 90% recycled stainless steel, underscoring Eva Solo's more eco-friendly approach to kitchen design.
