The Longer LK10 is a 3D printer designed for quick and convenient project implementation. It offers a build volume of 225 x 225 x 265 mm, a print speed of up to 500 mm/s, and a Direct Drive extruder with a flow rate of up to 25 mm³/s. A nozzle that reaches 300°C and a heated bed up to 110°C support PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU filaments. Auto-leveling, Auto Z-Offset, filament end detection, and power outage recovery make for more convenient operation. Wi-Fi, LAN, and USB connectivity, as well as compatibility with Windows and Mac, allow for convenient print management.

High-speed Direct Drive Extruder

The printer is equipped with a Direct Drive extruder with a precision gear mechanism, which ensures smooth material feeding even during high-speed printing. The High-Flow Hotend system achieves volumetric flow rates of up to 25 mm³/s, allowing for high-quality models even in more demanding projects. A maximum print speed of up to 500 mm/s translates into shorter print times without sacrificing detail.

Less jitter and ghosting

Klipper software with Vibration Calibration ensures smooth operation. Input Shaping technology reduces ghosting and wall ripple, ensuring models maintain high accuracy even when operating at high speeds. This solution improves the aesthetic appearance of prints and improves detail repeatability.

Extensive material support

A nozzle temperature of up to 300°C and a heated print bed reaching 110°C enable work with many popular 1.75mm filaments. The printer supports PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU, making it suitable for both simple decorative models and more durable functional items. Adjustable layer height from 0.1 to 0.4mm allows you to tailor the quality and print speed to your specific project.

Automatic calibration

The LK10 utilizes automatic heated bed leveling and an Auto Z-Offset function that automatically sets the proper nozzle distance from the build surface. This reduces the need for manual setup and allows you to start printing faster. The "load filament, click print, and walk away" operating system makes the device convenient even for less advanced users.

Sensorless Homing

The printer uses a Sensorless Homing system that hones the X and Y axes without the use of traditional mechanical endstops. Stepper motors detect resistance and independently determine the axis position, simplifying the device's design and reducing the number of components susceptible to wear. This solution also improves the stability of the entire system.

Secure Printing

The power outage recovery feature allows you to continue printing from the last saved layer, reducing the risk of losing hours of work. The filament end sensor monitors material flow in real time and stops printing when an empty spool is detected. The Object Exclusion feature allows you to cancel printing of a single faulty model without interrupting work on other elements on the print bed.

Easy to use and connect

An intuitive multi-language touchscreen simplifies everyday operation and provides quick access to settings. The printer supports Wi-Fi, LAN, and USB connections, allowing you to conveniently transfer files and manage prints in a variety of ways. Compatibility with Windows and Mac systems, as well as support for STL, OBJ, and STEP formats, allows for convenient model preparation in popular programs and the OrcaSlicer slicer.

Metal construction

The metal frame increases the rigidity of the structure and reduces vibration during high-speed printing, which positively impacts print quality. The printer measures 423 x 437 x 492 mm and weighs 8.3 kg, offering a large workspace while maintaining a comfortable form factor for use on a desk, in a studio, or workshop.

Dual Z-axis

A dual Z-axis system with two independent motors and trapezoidal screws ensures even head lifting. This solution improves print precision, increases model dimensional repeatability, and reduces the risk of the X-axis arm dropping during prolonged operation.
