The Cycloplus DC1 is a compact, stationary exercise bike with 10 resistance levels and two modes (Manual and ERG). The device has a self-powered system and takes up very little space (only 0.18 m²), making it suitable for use at home, in the office, and beyond. The built-in display and precise data measurement allow you to conveniently track your training progress.

Two modes to suit different needs

The Cycplus DC1 mini elliptical trainer offers two operating modes. Manual, with 10 resistance levels, is perfect for warm-ups, rehabilitation, and more intense workouts. Levels 1-3 are similar to walking, levels 4-6 resemble running, and levels 7-10 imitate cycling. ERG allows you to set a target power level between 30-100W – the device then automatically adjusts the resistance to your cadence. Choose the option that best suits your training needs!

Quiet operation and efficient drive system

The DC motor and worm gear ensure smooth and stable operation with a noise level of only about 30 dB – that's about the same as a whisper or the ticking of a clock! The system has a maximum power of 160 W, and the design automatically generates power during exercise, eliminating the need for charging or connecting cables. So you can train wherever and whenever you want!

Precise training data

The Cycloplus DC1 boasts a 2ms sampling rate, which translates into accurate and stable training parameter measurements. The device's display shows calories, time, cadence, speed, distance, step count, as well as current and average power. This allows you to consciously monitor your progress and adjust exercise intensity to your abilities.

Pedaling in two directions

The device allows you to pedal forward and backward, engaging different muscle groups. The forward motion promotes circulation and calorie burning, while the reverse motion reduces stress on joints, ankles, and the spine. This characteristic makes the mini bike suitable for both rehabilitation and everyday, light physical activity, such as working at a desk or watching TV.

Impressive stability

The DC1 model is equipped with a triple anti-slip system, including a mat, pads, and a mounting strap that stabilizes the device against the chair. These solutions increase safety, reduce noise, and prevent the equipment from shifting during exercise.

Connectivity with training apps

The DC1 elliptical trainer is ANT+ compatible and connects to training apps like Zwift, MyWhoosh, and CYCPLUS Fit. This allows you to track your progress, participate in virtual workouts, complete challenges, and share your achievements.
