The Neewer Z160 is a compact flash designed for photographers looking for a portable and easy-to-use light source. Its retro styling combined with a modern LCD display makes it look good on both classic and modern cameras. Weighing less than 160g, the flash won't weigh down your camera during extended sessions and easily fits into a small bag or pocket, making it especially useful for street photography or travel.
Stable light for everyday photography
The flash offers 22Ws of flash output and a Guide Number of GN14 at ISO 100, making it ideal for portraits, product photography, and indoor shots. A constant color temperature of 6000K ±200K helps preserve natural colors in photos, while the included diffuser creates a softer light. An additional 6500K modeling light makes it easier to assess light direction before taking a shot.
Intuitive operation and various operating modes
The Neewer Z160 features a clear LCD screen and a control dial, making changing settings quick and easy. The flash supports both automatic and manual modes, and power adjustment from 1/128 to 1/1 allows you to easily adjust the flash intensity to the shooting conditions. Available S1 and S2 modes also enable optical triggering, providing greater flexibility when working off-camera.
Fast charging and efficient battery
The built-in 7.2V 1100mAh lithium battery provides up to 650 flashes at full power, making the light ideal for longer sessions without the need for frequent recharging. A recharge time of approximately 1.5 seconds allows for convenient continuous shooting at up to 8 FPS. Charging via the modern USB-C port takes approximately 1.5 hours, making it easy to use the light while traveling.
Compatible with popular cameras
The Z160 uses a standard Hot Shoe, making it compatible with many cameras from Canon, Nikon, Fuji, Olympus, Panasonic, and Sony. The flash is well-suited for wedding photography, street photography, small studio work, and still life photography. It's worth noting that the model doesn't support TTL or HSS technology, so the best results are achieved with manual camera settings and a shutter speed of up to 1/200 sec.
