It includes an oscilloscope (2 channels, 350 MHz bandwidth, 1 GSa/s sampling rate, 8-bit resolution, 50,000 waveforms per second), a signal generator (up to 50 MHz), a spectrum analyzer (200 kHz – 350 MHz range), and a frequency response analyzer (100 kHz – 50 MHz). This extensive feature set allows one device to replace several specialized tools, saving space and time.
High measurement efficiency
The DPOS350P offers a 350 MHz bandwidth, 1 GSa/s sampling rate, and 60 kpts memory depth, ensuring accurate signal representation and stable measurements, even with complex waveforms. Furthermore, the FNIRSI DPOS350P offers Bode plot analysis in the 100 Hz–50 MHz range, with adjustable frequency, excitation amplitude, and offset.
