The SUNLU FilaDryer S4 is an advanced filament dryer designed for demanding 3D printing users. It offers a huge capacity – drying up to four 1 kg spools simultaneously – and the ability to work with multiple printers simultaneously. With a power output of up to 320-330 W, rapid heating (up to 50°C in just 30 minutes), and a maximum temperature of 70°C, the device ensures efficient and even drying of even the most demanding materials, such as PA and PC. A built-in humidity control system, touchscreen, 8 filament outputs, and predefined material profiles make using the device not only effective but also extremely convenient.

Thanks to the large chamber (450 x 210 x 211 mm), you can dry up to four spools of filament simultaneously. This is ideal for multi-color printing or working with multiple printers simultaneously. You don't waste time changing materials – everything is ready in one place, significantly speeding up and streamlining the entire process.

Instant heating and high power – efficiency that makes a difference

Efficiency is ensured by a PTC heater with a power of up to 330 W, which allows you to reach 50°C in about 30 minutes and a maximum of 70°C. This means shorter filament preparation time and greater drying efficiency. Even difficult, hygroscopic materials recover their properties faster than ever before.

Perfect temperature balance – perfect drying of every spool

A three-fan system (on the sides and bottom) ensures even air circulation and temperature stability of ±3°C. This ensures that every piece of filament is dried evenly, resulting in better print quality, greater repeatability, and fewer surprises during operation.

Intelligent humidity control – filament always in perfect condition

The advanced humidity control system automatically starts drying when the humidity level exceeds a pre-set range (30-50%) and stops the process when optimal conditions are reached (approx. 25%). This means full automation and the assurance that the filament is always ready for use – without manual monitoring.

The SUNLU S4 is equipped with a triple safety system: a PTC heater, a temperature sensor, and software protection. The device monitors temperature in real time and alerts you of abnormalities, ensuring safe operation. Additionally, a touchscreen and pre-built profiles for PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PA, and PC simplify operation and eliminate guesswork.
