Uni-T UT311A Vibration Tester

The Uni-T UT311A vibration tester is a handy device for monitoring machine condition. It allows you to measure vibration acceleration, velocity, and displacement with instant readings on a 2.4" TFT screen. The device operates in two frequency modes for acceleration (LO: 10 Hz–1 kHz and HI: 1 kHz–15 kHz), allowing you to match the measurement to the nature of the device's operation. Its compact design, automatically rotating screen, built-in flashlight, and USB-C battery power make the UT311A ideal for field inspections and ongoing diagnostics of industrial equipment.

Tailored measurement for various applications

The UT311A offers three key measurement methods: acceleration (PEAK), velocity (RMS), and displacement (PP), allowing you to assess both dynamic vibration and overall machine operating condition. Separating frequency modes for acceleration (LO and HI) allows for more precise analysis of both slow and fast vibrations, rather than using a single generalized range. The Data Hold function freezes the reading on the screen, making it easier to read in less convenient conditions. The 1350 mAh battery provides up to approximately 12 hours of operation, and charging via USB-C takes approximately 3 hours. The device weighs approximately 191 g with the short probe, i.e., in a ready-to-use configuration.
