The AMZCHEF CE-CM5560-SV espresso machine features a built-in grinder (20-degree coarseness adjustment), a 20-bar pump, and a 1400W heating system. It features dual PID + NTC temperature control with three settings. It offers adjustable grinding and extraction times, an 8-level pre-infusion setting, and an intuitive touchscreen panel with customizable settings. It allows you to prepare espresso, milk-based coffees, and hot and cold beverages (brewed directly over ice), all complemented by a steam wand and a 1.8-liter water tank.

Stable extraction and consistent taste

20 bar pressure effectively extracts the aroma and oils from the coffee, resulting in a distinct flavor and crema. The PID + NTC system controls the temperature during brewing, ensuring stable extraction without major fluctuations. This is especially important for frequent use, as each cup can taste very similar, without the need for constant adjustments.

Built-in grinder and intelligent grind adjustment

The 20-step grind adjustment allows you to go from coarse, through medium, to fine, giving you a real impact on the brew's character. Coarser grinding speeds up the water flow and creates a smoother coffee, while finer grinding prolongs extraction and intensifies its intensity. Additionally, adjustable grinding time, from 5 to 35 seconds, allows you to adjust the amount of coffee for a specific portion, making it easier to prepare both a single and a double espresso.

8-level pre-infusion – more even brewing

The 8-stage pre-infusion system gradually moistens the ground coffee before actual extraction, improving brewing conditions. This distributes the water evenly throughout the coffee, reducing the risk of uneven channels. As a result, the brew is more balanced, and individual flavor notes are more clearly discernible.

The LED touch panel allows for convenient control of all key functions of the coffee machine from one place.
