Intelligent resin management system – Auto Feed Unit
The Halot X1 Combo kit also includes an intelligent Auto Feed Unit (AFU) module that automates resin handling. It offers automatic material feeding and unloading, material type recognition, heating to the optimal temperature, and a real-time view of the resin level in the tank. After placing a bottle of resin with an RFID tag in the module, the printer automatically reads its parameters and downloads the appropriate profile from the cloud. This eliminates the need for manual configuration and helps avoid errors.
Improved Design and Performance
The Halot X1 printer is designed with stability and ease of use in mind. A new support structure minimizes vibration, and a quick-release build plate makes it easy to remove prints. A precise Z-axis guide with 0.01mm accuracy ensures smooth movement and uniform layers within 0.01-0.2mm, while a high print speed of up to 170mm/h helps reduce project turnaround times. The Halot X1 also utilizes a Honeycomb Matrix light source, which provides uniform illumination across the entire build surface. High exposure intensity (6500 ±10% µW/cm²) increases print speed without sacrificing quality, and the 92-zone intelligent exposure system adapts to the model geometry, improving detail reproduction.
