DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) Mavic 4 Pro
DJI Care Refresh is a service plan for your drone that provides two replacements per year for a small additional fee. It covers damage caused by, among other things, collisions or water damage. Damaged hardware will then be replaced with new or equivalent-to-new hardware. The service plan can be activated once within 48 hours of activation (first launch) of the drone, or at a later date after submitting verification video footage to DJI. The official manufacturer's warranty applies during the service period.

DJI Mavic 4 Pro
For the DJI Mavic 4 Pro drone, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 769. The cost of the Flyaway service is PLN 3,999.*

Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service included with the DJI Care Refresh service plan, which allows you to receive a brand new drone if your previous one flies away for unknown reasons and cannot be recovered. If you accidentally lose your drone, simply pay the appropriate service fee to receive a brand new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased DJI Care Refresh coverage (applies to selected drone models) – including those who purchased it before the introduction of Flyaway.
• DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two replacements and the possibility of using Flyaway Coverage once.
• DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) offers four replacements and the possibility of using Flyaway Coverage twice.
Activating Flyaway Coverage
To use Flyaway Coverage, you must link your DJI account and remote controller to your drone using the DJI Fly app. If you do not do this before the device is lost, you will not be able to use the replacement service.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active .
2. During the activation process, you must provide the Care Refresh code, the device's serial number (located directly on the product), and the details of the person activating the Package (name, surname, email address).
3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your drone is now safe!
It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to the product after 48 hours of activation. To do this, you must send a verification video demonstrating the device's status to the manufacturer. Gdy zdarzy się wypadek
The procedure in the event of an accident is incredibly simple. Simply report the fault and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service – don't forget to mention that you're using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair quote, you can choose whether to proceed with it or to have it replaced as part of the Repair Service. If you choose the latter option, you only need to pay the appropriate fee – you'll receive the replacement device as a priority, and if you're in the same region where you purchased DJI Care Refresh, the manufacturer will cover the shipping!
1. The user reports the fault and sends the drone to the German DJI service with the note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether to proceed with the repair/replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit or new spare parts, i.e. gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user with free priority shipping.
Cases covered by DJI Care Refresh
By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against, among other things, falls, drowning, collisions, and accidents caused by signal interference. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator's fault.
- User error.
- Signal interference.
- Collision.
- Drowning (The condition for coverage is to deliver the drone wreckage to the manufacturer's service center).
- Fall.

DJI Care Refresh not included
1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Intentional loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model or improving its performance.
10) Faults resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Faults resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
