DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you to replace a damaged product with a new one for a fee. The service covers damage caused even by user error.
Additionally, the service can be activated at any time - 48 hours after activating the drone, it will be necessary to send to DJI Verification Video.
The total service time, including extensions, is 3 years,which means as many as 6 replacements!

DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements and one Flyaway service.
DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) provides four replacements and two Flyaway service runs.
1 If you report directly to the manufacturer, the exchange amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.
If you do not use the exchange option during the service period, DJI will extend your manufacturer's warranty for an additional year as a reward.

2. During the activation process, provide your Care Refresh code, device serial number, and your details.
2a. Once the activation time has elapsed, you will need to submit to DJI verification video. Once accepted, the service must be activated within 72 hours.
3. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to your drone. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email.
For Flyaway Coverage to be available, link your DJI account and remote controller to your drone using the DJI Fly app. Failure to do so before your drone is lost will result in it not being able to be replaced. Flight logs must be included with your claim.

Alternatively, you can report a bug on the website DJI manufacturer and send the product with the note that you have DJI Care Refresh.
2. Once you receive your repair quote, decide whether you want to use it or opt for a DJI Care Refresh replacement.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, pay for the replacement and you will then receive a new one.
4. The replaced product will be delivered to you via priority shipping and free of charge.

The maximum duration of the DJI Care Refresh service, including extensions, is 3 years. If you wish to extend this period, please purchase an additional annual plan.
Renewals can only be made via an annual plan during the current plan term or within 15 days of the service expiration date.
We hereby inform you that on the basis of regulations §5 points 5.6-5.7 it is not possible to return or exchange electronic codes and physical cards with a removed security coating or seal.
