ELEGOO PLA-CF Filament (Black)

ELEGOO PLA-CF filament (polylactide with carbon fiber) combines the ease of printing typical of PLA (polylactide – a plant-based, biodegradable material) with greater mechanical strength. The addition of carbon fiber increases the material's stiffness and limits its shrinkage during cooling, resulting in greater dimensional precision. This type of material is well-suited for technical components, housings, and prototypes that need to be durable yet lightweight.

Accurate and aesthetic models

The addition of carbon fiber reduces material shrinkage and deformation, allowing for precise, well-fitting components. Printed models have a matte surface and barely visible layer lines, resulting in a professional finish without additional processing. The material is compatible with most FDM 3D printers (Fused Deposition Modeling – a technology involving the deposition of molten plastic layer by layer).

Printing without problems

The filament has a diameter of 1.75 mm and a dimensional tolerance of ±0.02 mm, facilitating consistent, jam-free feeding. It is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber to prevent bubbles and nozzle clogging. It can be used alone or combined with classic PLA, maintaining high print quality.
