For racing simulators, three different configurations are available: Mode 1 (USB to PC) - When the button is pressed, the force feedback is immediately deactivated and returns when the button is released. Mode 2 (RJ11 cable to DASH on the base) - works identically to mode one, while providing a quick cut-off and recovery of the FFB forces. Mode 3 (RJ9 cable to the E-STOP port on the base) - cuts off the power completely. After releasing the button, you must manually turn on the base, and in some games, even restart it, to restore the FFB. For flight simulations, a device connected via USB to the PC also provides an instant deactivation of the force feedback, which returns when the button is released.
