The Shelly 1PM Gen4 is a compact, built-in switch with energy consumption measurement that combines several wireless communication standards – Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Matter. The device allows remote control of connected devices, and thanks to its precise power measurement, it allows for real-time energy consumption analysis. Its small size allows for easy installation in flush-mounted boxes, behind sockets, or light switches. Two units are included in the set.
Full control in your hands
The controller can be operated locally via Wi-Fi or remotely via the Shelly app, a web browser, or integration with home automation systems. The built-in web interface allows not only remote switching of devices on and off, but also configuration of settings and reading of power consumption data. Remote access works anywhere the device has an internet connection – no central hub is required. Shelly 1PM Gen4 offers extensive integration options with external systems – it supports among othersMQTT, HTTPS, Web Hooks, KNXnet/IP, and ShellyScript scripts. You can create schedules (up to 20 tasks) and scenes that automate device operation based on time, days of the week, or weather conditions.
Communication across multiple standards
The Shelly 1PM Gen4 model supports four major communication standards – Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 5.0, Zigbee (802.15.4), and Matter. This allows it to seamlessly integrate with popular platforms such as Alexa, Google Assistant, Samsung SmartThings, and Home Assistant. The controller can also act as a Zigbee and Wi-Fi signal repeater, strengthening the range of these networks in IoT installations.
Energy consumption measurement and installation protection
The device is equipped with a built-in wattmeter and ammeter, allowing you to monitor the power consumption of connected devices in real time. Additionally, data recordings can be analyzed in the app. Energy consumption measurement helps optimize power consumption at home or in the office. An integrated internal temperature sensor ensures safety by protecting the device from overheating.
