This allows Shelly Shutter to combine comfort, savings, and modern design without the need for major installation changes.
Full control and intelligence at your fingertips
The controller allows you to remotely manage blinds, roller shutters, awnings, and other coverings using your smartphone, tablet, computer, or home automation system—both locally via Wi-Fi and remotely via the cloud. You can also set schedules for sunrise and sunset and create intelligent scenarios with the Smart Scenes feature. This allows Shelly Shutter to work with other Shelly devices, building complex whole-home automation solutions that improve everyday comfort and save energy.
Advanced functionality
Shelly Shutter has a built-in energy consumption measurement module, allowing you to monitor how much electricity your blinds are using and gain insight into energy efficiency. Depending on your needs, you can control not only the up/down movement but also the angle of the slats in your Venetian blinds—all from a single device.

The controller is placed discreetly behind the switch, preserving the aesthetics of the interior with minimal modifications to the electrical system. Shelly Shutter works via both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (a short-range technology for wireless communication), supporting integration with Amazon Alexa, Google Smart Home, Samsung SmartThings, KNX (Konnex, a building automation standard) via IP (Internet Protocol), as well as various automation systems thanks to HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol), API (Application Programming Interface), MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport, a lightweight communication protocol), webhooks, and UDP (User Datagram Protocol).
Reliability and flexibility of operation
The device operates on a voltage of 110-240 V AC with very low power consumption (<0.3 W) and is equipped with overload and overheating protection, ensuring durable and safe operation. The controller has a built-in web interface and the ability to update the software "over-the-air" (remotely via the internet), making it easy to configure and maintain.
