Micron-level precision, no burns and a perfect finish

Using UV technology with an ultra-short wavelength of 355 nm allows for a spot size of less than 10 μm, resulting in incredibly detailed and sharp engravings. The engraving machine is compatible with the xTool Creative Space ecosystem (including tools like xTool Studio and Atomm), which makes it easy to go from concept to finished product. The EasySet™ library of over 300 materials lets you get started without testing settings, while the Intelligent Path Planning feature optimizes laser paths, increasing productivity by up to 300% and enabling simultaneous operation of multiple devices. The system also allows you to convert 2D designs or text to 3D models using AI, facilitating the creation of impressive projects. Additionally, you gain access to the DesignFind platform, with a database of over 5,000 ready-made designs along with files and instructions.

High efficiency and fast project implementation

A working speed of up to 15,000 mm/s and a precise galvo system enable the completion of even the most complex projects in surprisingly short times. For example, engraving a metal necklace will take about 16 seconds, a silicone phone case about 1 minute, and a pair of denim shorts about 3 minutes. This is a real time saver and allows for scale-up production without compromising quality.

Flexible workspace and operating modes

The engraving machine offers two operating modes – surface engraving and internal 3D engraving. You can easily adapt it to your current needs! Furthermore, the standard working area is 200 x 200 mm, and with an optional conveyor, this can be increased to 200 x 500 mm. This solution allows for larger projects and mass production.
