The xTool P3 80W is an advanced, premium laser engraver that combines the power of an 80-watt CO2 laser with intelligent features that make work easier. With a working area of 915 x 458 mm and a speed of up to 1,200 mm/s, the device allows for excellent results in both creative work and mass production. It also ensures safe operation. Create artistic projects, acrylic decorations, wooden sculptures, series of objects, and much more – with the xTool P3, you don't have to limit yourself. The all-in-one kit includes not only the engraver, but also a smart feeder for working with long sheets, a rotary attachment for processing cylindrical objects, a smoke extractor, and a mobile workstation with a load capacity of up to approximately 200 kg, which, thanks to its sturdy wheels, makes it easy to move the device and accessories.

The Automated Creation System™ (ACS) integrates vision, distance measurement, and motion control into one seamless process. Auto-Positioning, LiDAR Ranging, and Auto-Lifting Focus eliminate manual adjustments, minimizing design preparation and ensuring the perfect focal point for every material.

Two integrated cameras – see every detail

Two integrated camera modules work in perfect synergy. The SkyView 16MP panoramic camera allows for precise framing of large designs, while the close-up camera provides incredible precision when working with jewelry or small items. Furthermore, the Smart Nesting system automatically analyzes materials and arranges designs, achieving a 98.7% material utilization rate, while the Variable Batch Fill function enables batch engraving with variable data – a perfect solution for personalized production.

LiDAR and AutoLift Base – perfect results

The integrated LiDAR system instantly measures distance to adjust autofocus with high accuracy. The AutoLift Base allows you to process materials up to approximately 220 mm high, positioning them at the optimal level without user intervention. The result? Perfect cuts regardless of material thickness!

EasySet™ 2.0 – intelligent material recognition

The advanced EasySet™ 2.0 system automatically scans QR codes on materials, selecting the ideal power and speed settings. This helps prevent setup errors and ensures consistent quality every time.

Automation of large projects

Thanks to the included intelligent feeder, the xTool P3 smoothly processes long sheets and large objects, making it an ideal production system. It installs once, and its guides can be easily connected in seconds, saving space and time. This accessory increases the work area to 610 x 1300 mm and allows you to process a wide variety of materials – from wood and acrylic, through fiberboard and cork, to felt and EVA foam. What's more, it's incredibly simple to use – simply place the material, scan its position, prepare the design in the software, and begin automatic processing. The system will automatically feed the sheet, maintaining perfect pattern continuity!

Rotary attachment included – easy engraving of cylindrical objects

The kit also includes the RA3 rotary attachment, which allows for precise engraving of cylindrical, spherical, and irregular objects. It's a snap to install – the innovative MagSwap™ system allows for quick swapping in seconds, without the need for additional tools. So you can quickly change designs and conveniently engrave jewelry, mugs, and more! The T-mount provides stable mounting for items up to 130 mm in diameter, and 360° LiDAR Mapping™ creates a realistic 3D preview before you begin.

Two technologies, unlimited possibilities

The xTool P3 supports over 300 materials thanks to its dual technology: an 80W CO2 laser for cutting wood, acrylic, glass, leather, and fabric, and an optional 5W IR module (sold separately) for engraving aluminum, copper, brass, and plastic. Interchangeable 1.5", 2.0", and 2.5" lenses are also available, allowing you to adjust the beam to suit any task – from fine detail cutting to deep cuts (the kit includes an M-2.0 lens; other lenses are sold separately).

Full control and work safety

The engraving machine has a built-in fire protection system and is equipped with eight flame sensors, a temperature sensor, and side cameras that constantly monitor the chamber's interior, ensuring safe operation. A 0.6-liter CO2 cylinder is also available separately, which automatically extinguishes any fire in less than a second. Additionally, the device offers an emergency stop function, a lock, and open lid and waste container safeguards. All this allows you to work with peace of mind!

Clean air with SafetyPro™ AP2 Max

The kit also includes a powerful AP2 Max air purifier. Its 7-layer filtration system with SuperCyclone technology removes smoke, odors, and formaldehyde at the source. With a capacity of 700 m³/h, the device ensures a safe and comfortable working environment in any workshop.

Live View – Real-time Control

The P3 model allows you to observe the engraving process from two perspectives: from the side and from the front. This allows the user to see every step of the process without having to open the cover, ensuring complete safety and accuracy.
