The xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 Max is an industrial smoke extractor designed for users of professional engraving and laser cutting machines. The device ensures maximum air purity by eliminating smoke, odors, and toxic substances at the source. With a massive 700 m³/h capacity and an advanced, seven-layer filtration system, the product creates a safe and comfortable working environment even after long hours of use.
Seven layers of complete protection
The SafetyPro™ AP2 Max uses a seven-layer filtration system that removes large particles, microscopic particles, and harmful gases from the air. The SuperCyclone filter captures 99% of particles larger than 5 μm and protects subsequent layers from clogging. Pre-filters and medium-efficiency filters eliminate dust, fibers, and up to 95% of fine PM2.5 dust, while two carbon layers—activated carbon and ultra-dense carbon mesh—neutralize volatile organic compounds and 99.99% of odors. The formaldehyde filter breaks down toxic HCHO into water and carbon dioxide, reducing its concentration. The final barrier is the HEPA filter, which captures 99.97% of particles, allergens, and viruses as small as 0.3 microns.
SuperCyclone – Longer Filter Life, Lower Costs
The innovative SuperCyclone system makes the entire filtration process more efficient and economical. It can be used repeatedly and its design prevents subsequent layers from clogging. This extends the life of the pre-filter by up to ten times, meaning fewer replacements, less material consumption, and lower operating costs.
Quiet, efficient operation and precise control
The 900W motor generates stable airflow at a noise level of just 65 dB, maintaining acoustic comfort in the workshop or lab. Furthermore, airflow adjustment from 1 to 100% allows for perfect adjustment of the device's operation to current conditions and the type of material being processed.
