DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you to replace a damaged product with a new one for a fee. It covers damages caused even by the user's fault.

The service can be activated at any time - after 30 days of device activation, you will need to send DJI verification film.

DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements.

DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) provides four replacements.

1 If you contact the manufacturer directly, the replacement amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.

Possibility of extending the manufacturer's warranty 2

If you do not use the exchange option even once during the service period, DJI will extend your manufacturer's warranty for an additional year as a reward.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh?

1. Go to the website below:

2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, device serial number, and your details.

2a. Once the activation time has elapsed, you will need to send to DJI verification video. After acceptance, the service must be activated within 72 hours.

3. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the device. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email.

How to use the service?

1. Report the repair to our service: DJI-ARS Service

Alternatively, you can report a fault on the website DJI manufacturer and send the product with a note that you have DJI Care Refresh.

2. When you receive a repair quote, decide whether you want to use it or prefer a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.

3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, pay for the replacement - then you will receive a new one.

4. The replaced product will be delivered to you via priority shipping and free shipping.

DJI Care Refresh Service Extension

The maximum duration of the DJI Care Refresh service, including extensions, is 3 years. If you wish to extend your subscription, please purchase an additional annual plan.

Extension can only be done via an annual plan during the current subscription period or within 15 days of the service expiration date.

Please be advised that based on regulations §5 points 5.6-5.7 it is not possible to return or exchange electronic codes and physical cards with a removed protective coating or seal.
