Service Protection with DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you to replace a damaged product with a new one for a fee. It covers damage caused even by user error. The service can be activated at any time - 30 days after device activation, you will need to send DJI verification video. The total service time, including extensions, is 3 years, and that's as many as 6 exchanges! More information can be found below.

DJI Zenmuse X7

For the DJI Zenmuse X7, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is: PLN 2,345 DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements. DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) provides four replacements..*

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active .

2. During the activation process, you must provide the Care Refresh code, the device's serial number (located directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name and surname, email address).

3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your equipment is now safe!

When an accident happens

1. The user reports the fault and sends the equipment to the German DJI service with a note that he has purchased the DJI Care Refresh service.

2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether they want to repair/replace for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.

3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays a replacement fee and receives another unit.

4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user with priority shipping and free shipping.

DJI Care Refresh not included

1) Missing or partially missing equipment.

2) Stolen or abandoned product.

3) Additional accessories.

4) Intentional loss of product.

5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.

6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

7) Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.

8) Additional fees related to improving the model and improving its performance.

9) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.

10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.

Possibility of extending protection*

Users also have the option to extend their coverage for up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional annual plan.

• If you have a DJI Care Refresh annual plan, you can extend your protection twice by purchasing two more annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.
• If you have a 2-year plan, you can extend your coverage only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.

Note: It is not possible to extend your protection by purchasing an additional 2-year plan.

To extend protection, certain conditions must be met:

• Purchase DJI Care Refresh in one of the following options: DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan / DJI Care Refresh and DJI Care Refresh+ 1-Year Plan / DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan and an additional 1-Year Plan (Renewal).
• The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.
