The built-in 9-axis IMU stabilizes every movement, eliminating blur, and the 180° tiltable 2K AMOLED screen allows for an intuitive, real-time progress preview. Thanks to its four-step workflow (marker preparation, photography, point cloud calculation and capture, and processing and export), the Miraco Plus streamlines prototyping and advanced designs, offering the highest quality measurements without the need for additional services.

At the heart of Miraco Plus is an ultra-efficient photogrammetric metrology system that reduces error accumulation in real time when connecting successive point cloud fragments. This ensures that even the most complex shapes, from impressive sculptures to minute mechanical elements, are reproduced with unparalleled consistency. Single-frame accuracy of up to 0.04 mm ensures you won't miss a single detail. Photogrammetric length accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.05 mm × L (m) ensures your model will be true to its actual dimensions.

From microscopic screws to large industrial objects

The Miraco Plus can easily handle everything from delicate jewelry to large automotive components and motorcycles. 2x optical magnification lets you focus on the smallest details, and a capture speed of up to 20 frames per second allows you to scan even long objects quickly and smoothly. Two operating modes (Single-shot and Continuous) allow you to tailor them to your needs, regardless of the complexity of the surface being scanned.

Unmatched color quality and stability

The built-in 48MP RGB camera captures the full color spectrum in 8K quality, so finished 3D models require no additional color correction. Stabilization based on a 9-axis IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit, a module that measures the acceleration and angular velocity of an object in space using accelerometers and gyroscopes) eliminates blur and shake, even when working in the field or without a tripod. The large, 2K AMOLED (Active-Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode, an advanced display technology that uses organic light-emitting diodes), tiltable by 180°, allows you to monitor scanning progress in real time and from any position.

Intuitive, four-step workflow

The entire digitization process comes down to four simple steps, carried out without the need to transfer data outside the device until final export – the first step is preparation (place the included rulers, coded targets and markers on or around the object – these serve as a reference for photogrammetric analysis), photography (take photos from various angles and heights until every part of the object is in the frame), calculations and point cloud capture (Miraco Plus automatically recognizes marker positions, merges shots and creates a coherent point cloud), and processing and export (advanced software allows for correction, filtering and editing of the model, after which you can export the finished file to your desktop computer or cloud with a single click).
