The Garrett ACE Apex is a modern, extremely versatile metal detector designed for enthusiasts who demand maximum precision and comfort in all conditions. Thanks to innovative Multi-Flex technology and a wide frequency range, the device effectively detects both large coins and small, weakly conductive objects, offering advanced target identification, intelligent control of ferrous signals, and excellent stability even in highly mineralized soils and saltwater. A new level of flexibility with Multi-Flex technology

At the heart of the device is the innovative Multi-Flex technology, based on an intelligent, wide-bandwidth digital platform, providing unrivaled versatility and precision in all conditions. Apex offers a wide range of frequencies – 5 kHz, 10 kHz, 15 kHz, 20 kHz, Multi-Frequency, and Multi-Salt – allowing you to perfectly match the settings to the type of targets you're looking for and the terrain. Lower frequencies provide better detection of larger and more conductive targets, such as large silver coins, while higher frequencies are ideal for detecting small and weakly conductive targets, such as gold nuggets or thin coins.

Precise identification and control of ferrous objects

The Iron Audio feature is a unique feature that helps accurately identify complex ferrous objects, such as bottle caps. Additionally, the Iron Volume system allows you to independently adjust the volume of signals from ferrous objects, without affecting non-ferrous objects. With eight levels of adjustment, you can reduce the irritating sounds of unwanted finds while maintaining complete control over the signaling of important targets. Experienced searchers will appreciate the ability to hear all signals while simultaneously reducing the volume of less valuable ones.

The Garrett ACE Apex is suitable for almost any type of prospecting, such as coin collecting, relic hunting, beach exploration, shallow water wading, or gold prospecting. Advanced Multi-Flex Multi-Frequency technology enables effective detection in a variety of soil types, including highly mineralized environments and saltwater. The 175-point ground balance adjustment allows you to fine-tune the detector to your needs.

Intuitive operation

Convenient buttons for accessing frequently used functions and a clear menu make operation quick and convenient, even for less experienced users. The backlit LCD screen with large target identification numbers ensures excellent readability in all lighting conditions.

Hybrid audio system

Apex utilizes a hybrid audio system that combines the simplicity of binary audio with proportional audio, allowing for improved recognition of weak signals and more precise estimation of target depth. Additionally, 5-tone audio identification provides more advanced target discrimination than previous Garrett models.

Advanced Modes

The device offers six detection modes, including zero, coins, U.S. coins, jewelry, relics, and custom. High-resolution discrimination based on 20 Notch Discrimination pixels, including 8 for iron, provides exceptional accuracy in eliminating unwanted targets.

Software Stability and Updates

The Garrett ACE Apex offers free software updates that improve overall stability, ground balance speed and precision in saltwater, pinpoint accuracy, and tone discrimination between high-value targets and iron. Furthermore, built-in Z-Lynk Wireless technology delivers audio transmission up to 6 times faster than Bluetooth, eliminating lag and allowing for comfortable searching without the need for cables or extension cords.

Precision and Range

The kit includes a waterproof 6" x 11" DD Multi-Flex™ Viper coil, offering comfort and accuracy in all conditions. The 11" width allows for efficient searching of large areas, such as plowed fields, while the narrow 6" profile facilitates target separation in iron-laden areas. Please note that the coil was designed specifically for Multi-Flex technology and is not compatible with earlier ACE models. Similarly, earlier ACE coils are not compatible with the Ace Apex.

Efficient battery and full sound control

The built-in lithium-ion battery offers up to 15 hours of operation on a single charge. The device is charged via a Micro-USB cable, which is included in the kit. The device also features 8 sensitivity and depth adjustment levels, volume controls for the speaker and headphones, and a 1/8" jack for wired headphones.
