SONOFF MINI-DIM-E is a smart switch with Matter over WiFi support. It allows you to smoothly adjust lighting brightness, create scenes, and monitor energy consumption. It supports schedules, smart scenes, and voice control, allowing you to easily adjust lighting to the time of day and your habits. Automatic calibration makes it easy to match the connected load, and built-in overheating and surge protection increases operational safety.

Smooth brightness adjustment

Orb-DIM allows you to adjust the brightness from 0 to 100%. You can precisely adjust the light to suit the situation – from a soft nighttime illumination to full power for working or reading. The preset function allows you to quickly set the desired level, speeding up everyday use. Trailing-edge dimming increases compatibility with modern light sources and reduces flicker.

Wide lighting compatibility

The switch works with a variety of light sources. It supports dimmable LED bulbs up to 200 VA, traditional and halogen bulbs up to 400 W, and dimmable electronic transformers up to 200 W. This gives you the freedom to choose your lamps without having to replace the entire installation. Note: The device is not intended for fluorescent lamps, LED strips, or inductive loads such as fans.

Matter – one standard, many possibilities

The MINI-DIM-E is Matter-enabled, allowing it to integrate with popular systems like Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, SmartThings, and Home Assistant. This allows you to control your lights from multiple apps and voice assistants within your home. A compatible Matter hub is required to work within the Matter ecosystem. Once connected, the device can be part of larger automations and scenes across your entire system.

Perfect for the Apple ecosystem

Orb-DIM is designed to work seamlessly with Apple Home. Brightness controls, scene creation, and Siri voice control are all available directly in the app, making setup and everyday use easy.

Monitoring energy consumption

The built-in power metering feature lets you see the current energy consumption of your connected lights. This allows you to consciously manage brightness and control energy costs, especially with heavily used light sources.

Schedules, Scenes, and Voice Control

The switch lets you set schedules for turning lights on and off, create scenes tailored to the time of day, and use voice control. You can program it to have a soft glow in the living room in the evening, a brighter light in the morning, or to automatically dim at a specific time. The eWeLink app allows for quick pairing, and in the case of Matter, simply scan the setup code to add the device to the system.

Advanced security and universal mounting

The device is equipped with overheating and surge protection. The housing is made of flame-retardant material, and the entire unit meets CE and RoHS standards. The relay is designed for long-term and stable operation, which translates into greater reliability in everyday use. Furthermore, the MINI-DIM-E fits type 86 and European 60 mm round boxes, making it suitable for both new installations and retrofitting existing equipment.
