Comprehensive protection

DJI Care Referesh is a comprehensive 12-month insurance policy offered by DJI for its new products, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your device during use. In the event of damage, a new device or one in mint condition awaits you for a small fee (PLN 179 for the first replacement and PLN 209 for the second replacement).

Users with DJI Care Refresh protection receive priority treatment, minimizing the wait time for device replacement. Furthermore, users also enjoy VIP privileges when contacting DJI technical support, so a single call is all it takes to quickly get an answer to any question.

How it works

After purchasing the DJI Care Refresh card, the user is taken to the DJI and activates the insurance by providing the card number and serial number of the product to which the protection is to be assigned. The condition is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after product activation.

When an accident happens

1. The user reports a fault and sends the model to the German DJI service center or distributor with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether to repair/replace it for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays a fee of PLN 179 for the first replacement or PLN 209 for the second replacement and receives a new product or one with no signs of use.
4. The replaced product is delivered to the user as a priority with free shipping.

Disclaimers

DJI Care Refresh does not cover:

1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Intentional loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model or improving its performance.
10) Faults resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
11) Faults resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
