Cycplus R200 Intelligent Bike Trainer
The Cycloplus R200 is a smart, direct-drive trainer designed for effective and realistic home workouts. It offers a maximum power of 2200W, 80Nm of torque, and incline simulation up to 19%, allowing you to faithfully replicate steep climbs. A power measurement accuracy of ±1% ensures reliable training data, while its compact design of 517 x 520 x 465mm ensures a small footprint.
Natural driving experience thanks to the PMSM engine
At the heart of the R200 is a custom PMSM motor that utilizes 52 neodymium magnets and 48 electromagnets. This combination allows for smooth and precise resistance control, minimizing dead zones and unnatural power spikes. Optimized motor algorithms translate into a realistic riding experience, akin to that of a real road bike, for both leisurely rides and explosive sprints.
Training without a power outlet – complete driving freedom
The Cycloplus R200 can generate its own power, so it doesn't require a constant power connection during standard use. This allows you to train anywhere, such as on a patio or outdoors. After stopping pedaling, the trainer remains active for approximately 1-2 minutes, but for high-intensity workouts, connection to an external power source is recommended.
Realistic terrain and inertia simulation
The trainer features uphill and downhill simulation and a flywheel effect, allowing you to experience natural acceleration and sustained speed on descents. This allows for a more immersive and effective workout. Note: The downhill simulation function requires the device to be connected to external power.
Virtual Shifting and Resistance Personalization
The R200 supports virtual shifting when paired with the CYCPLUS app and the BC2 remote (sold separately). This allows you to shift gears without using physical derailleurs, providing faster and smoother transitions between resistance levels. The system offers up to 60 levels of adjustment, allowing you to fine-tune the ride to your current training and preferences.
Precise data and automatic calibration
The high-precision torque sensor and proprietary Cycplus calibration system allow the trainer to automatically adapt to operating conditions. The device records data on power, cadence, and speed, ensuring stable and repeatable measurements even under varying loads.
Quiet operation and effective cooling
The beltless motor drive eliminates vibration and reduces noise, making the R200 an excellent choice for indoor training, even in the evenings. Furthermore, an integrated fan and optimized airflow enable efficient heat dissipation, maintaining a safe operating temperature for the motor even during long training sessions.
Intelligent connectivity and compatibility
The trainer communicates wirelessly using BLE 5.0 and ANT+ protocols, allowing it to seamlessly work with popular training apps like Zwift, Rouvy, TrainerRoad, Kinomap, and FulGaz. It can also be used with cycling computers from Garmin, Wahoo, and iGPSPORT, making it easy to integrate into your existing training ecosystem. Compact and stable design
A solid H-shaped base and adjustable leveling feet ensure stability even during intense riding. The trainer's maximum load capacity is 120 kg, and its slim profile and small size (520 x 517 x 465 mm) allow it to easily fit into your home space. Furthermore, automatic calibration speeds up the R200's setup, while the design with hidden cables looks good and helps keep things tidy.
Wide Compatibility
The Cycloplus R200 supports 12x142mm and 12x148mm thru-axles, as well as 5x130mm and 5x135mm quick release systems. It's also compatible with Shimano and SRAM HG cassettes from 8 to 12 speeds, as well as XDR with an optional freehub. So you can easily pair it with most bikes on the market.
