The ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro is a modern FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printer that combines high speed, precision, and robust construction. Based on the Klipper motherboard, it offers a large build volume of 225 × 225 × 265 mm and a print temperature of up to 300°C. It also supports a wide range of filaments – from PLA (Polylactic Acid) and PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) to ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), and nylon. An efficient extruder and 121-point automatic leveling make the Neptune 4 Pro suitable for both rapid prototyping and long, demanding technical prints.

Fast printing without compromise

The printer reaches a maximum speed of 500 mm/s, and the recommended 250 mm/s guarantees excellent quality and short project turnaround times. Powered by a Klipper motherboard, a powerful 64-bit 1.5G quad-core ARM (Advanced RISC Machine) processor, and features such as Input Shaping and Pressure Advance, it ensures exceptionally smooth model surfaces and uniform filament extrusion. Effective cooling system, well-thought-out table design

Two double-sided 4015 fans and four 4020 fans ensure effective heat dissipation and cooling of printed models. Furthermore, the device's heating bed is divided into two segments with different power outputs – 150 W and 100 W. This solution guarantees lower energy consumption and protects against overheating, resulting in more stable and safer operation.

Improved hotend and efficient extruder

The Neptune 4 Pro is equipped with a powerful dual-gear direct extruder, ensuring precise and stable filament feeding, regardless of filament type. Furthermore, the improved hotend design utilizes a copper-titanium heat pipe and a nozzle capable of operating at 300°C. This solution allows for printing with a wide range of materials, including those requiring higher temperatures and improved flow.

Handling stability and structural rigidity

The printer is equipped with metal X and Y axes guides, which, combined with double U-shaped ball bearings, ensure smooth, precise, and stable printhead guidance. Additionally, the reinforced, widened Y-axis profile increases the rigidity of the entire structure, translating into higher print quality, especially at high speeds.

Automatic leveling and flexible platform

The printer features automatic bed leveling with 121 points (11x11 grid), ensuring excellent adhesion and a perfectly level first layer. Additionally, users can use the knobs located under the build plate to manually adjust the level for even greater accuracy and complete control over the printing process.

Intuitive operation and flexible communication

The detachable 4.3" touchscreen allows you to conveniently preview your model and pause the print. The printer also allows you to transfer files via USB (Universal Serial Bus, a universal connector for data transfer and power) or LAN (Local Area Network).

Additional Features

Thanks to the filament sensor and the pause resume function, you can be sure your print won't fail, even if something unexpected happens. LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting at the nozzle makes it easy to see details up close, and an additional LED strip ensures even illumination of the entire work area.
