The xTool Apparel Printer is an advanced garment printer designed for professional use in the textile and advertising industries. It allows for durable, full-color prints on all types of fabrics – from cotton and polyester, through denim and canvas, to spandex, nylon, and leather. Unlike sublimation and screen printing, it also prints on dark materials, guaranteeing vibrant colors and sharp details. The all-in-one kit also includes devices supporting the entire printing and curing process – the OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine for automatically applying and curing adhesive powder, and the SafetyPro™ AP2 Air Purifier, an air purifier for removing dust and odors when working with laser and thermal devices.
Industrial-Level Performance
The printer achieves an impressive production speed - per hour it can print 440 3" x 3" designs in 4 passes or 26 large 12" x 8" designs in 6 passes. This makes the device suitable for both small, personalized orders and mass production of clothing. The width of the working area is 356 mm (14"), which allows printing even large designs in full T-shirt format.
The latest printing technology
The device uses a dual Epson I1600 printhead (3rd generation, 2023) – one for color, the other for white ink. A resolution of 720 x 1800 DPI (Dots Per Inch) and ultra-fine 3.8 pL (picoliter, a unit of ink volume) droplets guarantee the highest sharpness and uniform surface coverage. Thanks to this dual system, the printheads are more resistant to clogging, and their lifespan is up to twice as long as in older solutions.
Professional quality
The device is calibrated to the G7 Certified standard, ensuring perfect color and tonal reproduction. Colors visible on the computer screen are faithfully transferred to the fabric, and prints remain vibrant even after numerous washes. The printer delivers HD (High Definition) prints with full screen-to-print color consistency.
Intelligent Support
The built-in 16MP AI (Artificial Intelligence) camera automatically calibrates printheads, performs print tests, and detects nozzle clogs. Additionally, the software uses AI to improve image quality—increasing the resolution of blurry graphics, generating designs based on text, and optimizing the layout of elements on the sheet, saving ink and material.
Reliable printing process
xTool Apparel Printer automatically utilizes a unique "Print-to-Bake" process. This involves four steps: printing, applying adhesive powder, evenly distributing, and baking (curing). This ensures prints are flexible, abrasion-resistant, and retain vibrant colors for a long time, providing advantages over sublimation or screen printing.
Intuitive software
xTool Creative Space software replaces external RIP (Raster Image Processor) tools. It allows you to edit designs, prepare mockups, nest, and control print parameters in a single environment. The intuitive interface makes it easy for both beginners and experienced operators.
Automatic maintenance and monitoring
The SmartCycle™ system operates continuously, ensuring printhead cleanliness, white ink circulation, and proper humidification. This ensures the xTool Apparel Printer is always ready to work, and you can monitor its status in real time via the mobile app.
