Skaner 3D Revopoint Inspire 2

The Revopoint Inspire 2 is a compact, handheld 3D scanner designed for both mobile and stationary use. It utilizes dual-camera technology with structured infrared light and a multi-line laser, allowing you to tailor your scanning to your specific application. The device supports objects from 20 x 20 x 20 mm to as much as 2 x 2 x 2 m, and with single-frame accuracy of up to 0.05 mm and precision of up to 0.03 mm, it's ideal for projects requiring detailed mapping. The Inspire 2 works with computers (Windows, macOS) and mobile devices (Android, iOS), providing a wide range of workflows. This is further enhanced by fast scanning at up to 90 frames per second and export to popular 3D formats, ensuring your model is immediately ready for further use.

Precision that makes a difference

Accuracy of up to 0.05 mm translates into highly faithful reproduction of details, which is important when working with mechanical elements, sculptures, or reference models. In practice, this means fewer corrections during processing and greater model accuracy. Additionally, volumetric accuracy of 0.05 mm + 0.1 mm × object length allows for maintaining proportions and dimensions even with larger scans, which is especially important in reverse engineering or parts design.

Two scanning modes – more flexibility

Using two scanning technologies gives you greater control over the final result. Structured light is ideal for quickly capturing shapes and working with objects with diverse geometries, while laser mode enables more accurate reproduction of details and more difficult surfaces. This allows you to tailor the mode to a specific project, rather than having to fit the project to the device's capabilities.

Scanning difficult surfaces

Thanks to its 11 parallel infrared laser lines, the scanner handles dark, shiny, and low-contrast surfaces better. This reduces the need for matting sprays or additional object preparation. This speeds up the entire process and allows you to focus on your work instead of preparation.

Mobility and work comfort

The Inspire 2's light weight (approx. 190 g) and compact dimensions make it comfortable to use with one hand, even during longer sessions. Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile device support allow for computer-free operation, which is useful in the field or in places where speed is crucial. Additionally, the variable working range (from approximately 150 to 400 mm) facilitates scanning of both smaller and larger objects.

Ready models for further processing

The scanner saves data in popular formats such as STL, OBJ, PLY, FBX, and GLTF, allowing you to easily transfer your model to CAD programs, animation tools, or 3D printing slicers. Revo Scan software allows you to edit the point cloud and mesh, fill gaps, and prepare the model without the need for external applications. This makes the entire process—from scan to finished file—more consistent.

Wide range of applications

The Inspire 2 is used in a variety of applications, from reverse engineering and quality control to creating models for games and animation. It can also be used for digitizing historical objects and preparing models for 3D printing. Its versatility stems from its combination of accuracy, portability, and the ability to work with a variety of surfaces.
